Warfarin Dosing Clinic
4Cyte offers a bulk billed warfarin dosing service to certain patients.
To qualify, the patient must remain compliant with instructions and dosing, be able to receive dosing by SMS, be based in QLD or Victoria and the patient’s general practitioner must be a regular client of 4Cyte.
